The purpose of our ERS is to assess and evaluate employees’ performance over a specific period to secure continuous development, and thereby create a feedback culture, that contributes to personal and professional growth through a transparent review process.

In JOE & THE JUICE, career progression levels follow a predetermined path. A path we have chosen to call the MONEYBALL. This means that from the day a Juicer starts their training until they potentially become CEO, we have created transparency in requirements to progress up the ranks, what is expected.
Why
In Joe & the Juice “We are all about people," with a culture and an environment of inclusion. Nobody should be left out and everyone should be heard. We always want to be the best version of ourselves, but that can only happen when the employees share their opinion and we are ready to listen. Therefore, it is the Department Leader’s responsibility to actively seek to improve engagement in their department. Through Peakon the Department Leader can gain insights on issues that they initially did not see as a problem.
What & How
In Joe & the Juice we use Peakon as a tool to measure the Employee Satisfaction, where all employees will receive a questionnaire to give feedback on 14 different drivers. Each driver is a parameter that influences the Engagement.
The Department Leaders will use Peakon as a tool to ensure a high employee satisfaction through analysis of the quarterly questionnaires and thereby taking actions towards improving low-scoring drivers.
The surveys are sent out on e-mail and text messages, making them available on all devices. It is the Department Leader’s task to ensure every employee within their department has filled out the survey.
The survey is sent out the last month of each quarter and will be live for 1 week (Monday - Sunday). The Department Leader can then use the feedback from their department and plan forward going into the next quarter.

This Employee CODE OF CONDUCT contains important information regarding your employment with JOE & THE JUICE. It is intended to summarize and inform you of J&TJ’s employment practices and policies as well as benefits provided by the company to its employees. All employees are required to familiarize themselves with the JOE & THE JUICE Code of Conduct, understand the various policies and procedures referred in it and comply with these at all times.

You can book your own trips easily. You just need to follow our company policy when it comes to cost.
If you don’t have a company card you can ask our front desk receptionist that will help you or you can use your own card and get reimbursed.
The following Travel & Company Card policies have been put in place with the purpose of aligning management expenses when travelling or hosting employee related events. There are no exceptions to these rules and they must always be followed.

So, what is data ethics?
Data ethics describes a code of behavior and ethical considerations that are made when collecting, generating, processing, sharing, and storing structured and unstructured data, based on the key ethics principles of:
But what does it actually mean?
The introduction of the data ethics policy means that we from this moment will have to take extra steps to assure that we not only uphold the required considerations according to GDPR, CCPA etc. regarding securing the limited and specific use of personal data, but that we also do what is ethically right when we have anything to do with personal data.
What will happen from here?
JOE & THE JUICE’S employees will undergo training pertaining to how to act in line with the data ethics policy.
