 WHY IS IT CALLED THE MONEYBALL?

Inspired by the movie, of the same name, we invented the Moneyball structure in Joe & the Juice in 2016, to create high performance teams based on a systematic approach.

The plot of the movie is to gather the best individuals to create the best performing team. With a combination of coaching and leadership, as well as stats and data, the trainers ultimately succeeded in creating a winning team with synergies, utilized strengths and great teamwork.
