That is why we every quarter do an employee engagement survey, to help us analyze and equip all Managers to understand the level of engagement in their workforce.  

By participating in our engagement survey, you can positively influence the future work environment and culture in Joe & The Juice and hereby create the best possible workplace.

Creating a better workplace with anonymous feedback

The engagement survey is sent out through Peakon, and through this platform you will be introduced to a set of questions concerning various areas of your daily work life. Peakon operates on an anonymous framework to guarantee a secure and trusted platform where you can provide honest feedback while remaining completely confidential.

Completing the survey is estimated to take approximately 10 minutes of your time and you will receive the survey once every quarter.

THE RATING SCALE

You can rate the questions based on the engagement rating scale that goes from 0-10. The scores are divided into 3 main groups – Detractors (0-6), Passives (7-8) and Promoters (9-10).

Furthermore, you can extend your reply in the survey with a comment, which will add more details, explanations, and contexts to your feedback. All types of replies will remain confidential.
