The Regional Manager Leadership Program consists of 10 different skills. All skills will be taught during this program and are equally important to acquire the Regional Manager’s journey to become a competent leader, who knows how to lead people in line with our company values.
The Program is structured by dedicating one week to each module – a concept designed to ensure that all learnings have been fully understood, both theoretically and practically, and so RM's have had time to integrate and reflect upon acquired skills, providing a deeper understanding.
The overall duration of the program is, therefore, 11 weeks, which includes 10 modules and a final exam. Throughout a week of training, the following learning cycle and approach with four parts will be followed:
These are to be used as an addition to the E-Campus modules as helpful, supportive tools for notes during theory and exercises.

Before the initial module walkthrough, the RM will download the excel file containing all the necessary tools required to implement the learnings into practice. The RM Toolbox can constantly be customized and adapted to the RM's individual situation.
