Introduction

Throughout a week of training, the following learning cycle and approach with four parts will be followed:

Leadership Learning Cycle

The Moneyball 2.0 Leadership Program consists of 20 different modules. Each of them will develop you with skills to become a competent leader of the JOE Circle of operational Excellence, who knows how to lead people in line with own and JOE company virtues.

The Program is structured to train skills and then imediately use them in your leadership to review, plan and excecute following below Leadership Learning Cycle:

Welcome to the Juicer Training!

A Trainer will always be present for every module to train the Prospect Juicer. The Trainer needs to shadow the Prospect Juicer at all times possible. When the main training objective of the module has been completed, the Prospect Juicer continues to work shifts in the bar and practicing throughout the training period.
