To comply with the Danish Working Hours Act, all employees in Denmark must register their working hours in Workplanner 2 (WP2).This regulation aims to ensure compliance with labor laws and improve transparency regarding working hours, ultimately helping to reduce overtime and prevent burnout.

Key points
Working hours are defined as the time an employee is at work and available. Self-paid breaks and travel time between home and headquarters are not considered working hours. However, time spent on mandatory parts of courses, company events, and remote work does count as working hours.
