This policy provides an overview of parental leave terms at JOE & THE JUICE A/S for employees not covered by the collective agreement. It supplements employees’ statutory rights under the Danish Parental Leave Act, and all employees are encouraged to review the full policy for detailed conditions, eligibility, and procedures.
