To keep things secure, fair, and running smoothly, we have some simple guidelines for how company IT equipment should be used and handled. Below you’ll find a quick overview of what’s expected when it comes to using, protecting, and returning company devices. It’s all about using common sense, keeping data safe, and taking good care of the tools that help you do your job.
At Joe & The Juice, all IT equipment, systems, and data belong to the company and must be used mainly for work. A little personal use is okay - just use common sense and don’t let it affect your job or security.
Protect passwords, lock your screen, be careful with emails and links, and never share confidential information. Illegal activity, harassment, pirated software, hacking, spam, or anything that could harm the company or its reputation is strictly not allowed.
IT may monitor systems for security reasons. Read the full policy here: Full IT Equipment Policy
Laptops, phones, and tablets are company property and meant to help you do your job. Take good care of them, report any loss, theft, or damage ASAP, and return everything (including accessories) when you leave or get a replacement.
Normal wear and accidents are on the company -but serious or repeated negligence can have consequences (in line with Danish law). IT handles repairs, replacements, and all data wiping to keep everything secure and GDPR-compliant.
You can use devices a bit for personal stuff, just keep it reasonable and secure. Read the full policy here: Full Hardware Policy
