We believe in taking care of our team, and that includes enjoying some healthy perks while on shift!

As a benefit of working in JOE & THE JUICE we offer an allowance of products during your shifts, during your break and even on days off depending on your Moneyball position. The general rule of thumb is that on each shift you are allowed to consume 3 items and drink un limited tea and coffee. For each product consumed you are allowed to add 1 extra topping or 1 extra ingredient. For audit and compliance purposes you will be subject to a deduction for the food consumed at a favorable cost per shift worked. Should you wish to exceed your allowance during a shift, the employee prices will apply at a discounted rate of approximately 50% of the sales price.

The on-shift allowance must be used and consumed during the relevant shift and are not allowed to be carried over to other days or shifts. The allowance is personal and is not allowed to be shared with any other individual.

·     Hourly Salary: Deduction per shift (avg. 6hours)

·     Fixed salary: deduction per month: 350 DKK

Even when you are not on shift, you can still prioritize your health with JOE PRICE – a 50% discount on all products at any JOE location worldwide. Simply provide your Juicer Number at the till, and you are all set!

Off day allowance (Employee meals off shift)

Your meal allowance on your days off depends on your MoneyBall position; you will either be eligible for the employee discount, receive a daily allowance or even receive free products as an additional benefit when you have reached Regional Manager level (operations) or Associate level (administration).

The day off allowance does not apply for days where a shift has already been worked; furthermore, the allowance is not able to be carried over on other days. The allowance is personal and is not allowed to be shared with any other individual.

Please note that the discount does not apply to House 11.
