Multi-factor authentication (MFA) helps protect you by making it more difficult for someone else to sign in to your WP2 account. It uses two different forms of identity: your juicer number and password, and another contact method such as SMS.

The implementation means that when you log in to your WP2 account it will ask you for an SMS-key, every time you log in to a new browser (This is just a one-time action, on each browser you have signed in to).

1. Go to WP2 and login as usual.
2. A 6-digit code has been sent to your registered phone number in WP2.
3. Click on “Remember this browser” if you don’t want to use the MFA every time you log in to WP2.

IMPORTANT! When you set up the multi-factor authentication you will receive a recovery code you can use if you have lost your device. It is therefore really important that you take a screenshot or write down the recovery code in a safe place.
