Payment does not show up

Step 1:
Make sure the POS iPad is connected to the correct Wifi.

Step 2:
Make sure that the wire going into the card terminal are correctly placed. This wire should be the ethernet wire.  

Step 3:
Make sure that the Card terminal is displaying the symbol in the top right corner. (wifi symbol) If this is not displayed please setup internet
