At Joe & the Juice, we strive to balance between the flexibility of remote work and the necessity of being physically present at our office. We recognize that remote work can boost productivity and enhance work-life balance through its flexibility, yet it's equally important for our employees to engage and form social ties at the office.

Full-time employees at Joe & the Juice may work remote once a week, whereas part-time employees are expected to work onsite unless special circumstances apply. International employees working at HQ must follow the same remote work guidelines. All remote work arrangements require pre-approval from direct managers. Employees working remote are expected to maintain a professional appearance in virtual meetings and be accessible via Teams, email and phone during work hours. Employees are also responsible for setting up a suitable remote office environment.
