A Workplace Assessment (APV) is a way to check if our work environment is safe, healthy, and supportive. It looks at physical things (like heavy lifting, slips, noise, or chemicals), mental things (like workload and stress), and social things (like support, teamwork, or harassment). You can find the Store-APV in the store, and an online version at Riskproof.
