We want to ensure that all employees have the necessary equipment to perform screen-based work in a healthy and safe manner, in compliance with applicable legislation in agreement with the optican Synoptik.

This policy applies to all employees who regularly work with display screens as a significant part of their working hours.

Employees experiencing visual problems related to screen work are entitled to a professional eye examination. The eye examinations are provided free of charge through Synoptik under the company agreement. If the eye examination shows that the employee requires special glasses for screen work, the company will provide them. The company covers the cost of standard lenses and frames included in the agreement with Synoptik.

If an employee chooses frames or lenses outside the standard agreement (e.g. designer frames or special coatings), any additional cost must be paid by the employee.
