Data Privacy involves what categories of your personal data is collected and how it is afterwards processed, stored and potentially shared with other JOE entities, business partners/service providers as well as how we ensure that all of these activities are performed in a lawful manner.

Please be aware that, for changes of name, we may require a legal deed poll before we can get this updated to reflect on your payslips – however, we can get it updated on workplanner for you no problem!

The Data Ethics policy means that we must take extra steps to assure that we are not only adhering to GDPR, CCPA etc in securing the limited and specific use of personal data - but also that we do what is ethically correct, when we are handling your personal data.
