The Privacy policy describes what personal data we collect, when and why we collect it and how we will use it. Data Privacy involves what categories of your personal data is collected and how it is afterwards processed, stored and potentially shared with other JOE entities, business partners/service providers as well as how we ensure that all of these activities are performed in a lawful manner.

Should you have any changes to your personal information (eg: bank details, address), kindly reach out to your local People Team at peopleuk@joejuice.com who will be able to get this updated on our systems for you.

Please be aware that, for changes of name, we may require a legal deed poll before we can get this updated to reflect on your payslips – however, we can get it updated on workplanner for you no problem!

We want to take care of your personal data – hence why we have our Data Ethics policy in place.  

What is Data Ethics?

Data ethics describes a code of behaviour and ethical considerations that are made when collecting, generating, processing, sharing, and storing structured and unstructured data, based on the key ethics principles of:

  • Compliance and privacy
  • Trust
  • Fairness and respect
  • Transparency
  • Accountability

So, what does that really mean?

The Data Ethics policy means that we must take extra steps to assure that we are not only adhering to GDPR, CCPA etc in securing the limited and specific use of personal data - but also that we do what is ethically correct, when we are handling your personal data.  

How do we make sure that we are handling your personal data correctly?

The management will get training in to how to act in line with the Data Ethics policy.
