As part of your employment, you are automatically enrolled in the pension scheme managed by Pensioenfonds Horeca & Catering.Here are some key points to understand about this benefit:

Mandatory Participation

Participation in this pension plan is mandatory for all employees aged 21 and older. Contributions are deducted automatically each month from your paycheck and, under Dutch law, cannot be withdrawn or requested before reaching the designated pension age.

Contribution Details

Total Contribution: The total contribution to the pension scheme is 16.8% of the pension base.

Employer and Employee Split: The contribution is equally divided between the employer and theemployee, with each paying 8.4%.

Access to Pension Funds: Please note that pension funds are locked until thedesignated pension age. This ensures that the funds are preserved to support you in retirement.
