Pension savings has a significant role in ensuring financial security and stability for our employees in the future. At JOE & THE JUICE, we prioritize offering a pension scheme that provides broad coverage and cost-effective insurance, allowing our employees to confidently plan for their future.

Our pension plan is managed by Danica Pension, with support of a third-party insurance broker Söderberg & Partners. This partnership helps keep our pension plan competitive, optimizing both insurance coverage and investment costs.

Effective August 1st, 2025, the pension scheme will include a total contribution of 13%, allocated as follows:

11% contributed by the Company
2% contributed by the Employee

All employees at DK Management will be automatically enrolled in the pension scheme.

If you prefer not to participate with the 2% employee contribution, you must actively opt out by contacting Söderberg & Partners.
Please note: If you choose to opt out, the pension contribution will be reduced to a Company-paid rate of 11%.
