As an employee at JOE, you become eligible for a pension after 1 year with the company. Once you are eligible for a pension, a pension plan will be established, and contributions will be made to PensionDanmark. The current pension agreement includes a 10% contribution from the employer and a 2% contribution from you, totaling 12%, which you will see reflected on your pay slip.

You will also have access to health insurance through PensionDanmark. Your health insurance offers several advantages, including financial security and quicker access to healthcare services. We encourage you to use your health insurance when it can provide faster care, lower costs, or better treatment options.
