As an employee at JOE, you are eligible for pension if you meet the following criteria:
The current pension agreement includes a 10% employer contribution and a 2% employee contribution. You can see the total contribution of 12% on your pay slip.
When you meet the criteria for eligibility for a pension, will you also have access to health insurance through Pension Danmark.
