Your introduction to JOE is marked by a robust onboarding process, a key pillar of our commitment to your success in your new role. During your first two months with us, your Manager will lead you through a series of one-on-one sessions. Through these encounters, you will gain profound insights into your role as a Juicer, (what we call a "JQ"), and familiarize yourself with the team, the bar, and your managers, all culminating in a well-rounded preparation for your development to Juicer.
