We’re sorry to see you go, but we are committed to ensuring a smooth transition through our structured offboarding framework. This framework outlines every step of the exit process, facilitating a seamless transition during the offboarding period.
The offboarding process begins when People & Development receives your written resignation.
Together with your manager you will create a plan for handing over assignments and processes within the department. During your notice period, an offboarding meeting with your manager will be scheduled before your departure. You can also choose to have this meeting with the People & Development team on your own initiative.
The manager will inform the team and key stakeholders before notifying the rest of the office. To whom and how it must be notified and communicated should be agreed between you and your manager.
An official farewell is suited according to your seniority and Moneyball level.
On your last day all equipment must be returned to IT including, computer, phone (and sim card), iPad, IT accessories or other relevant equipment and office key and chip should be returned to the Reception or People & Development.
We strive to continuously improve, so before your leaving you will receive a feedback questionnaire, as your feedback and input are essential for our further development.
With that being said,
Thank you for your time working in Joe & the Juice.
We wish you all the best in your future and remember; once a Juicer, always a Juicer.
If you have any concerns about the process or have question feel free to reach out to our People & Development team, here, or your manager, who will be able with any issues may encounter.
