Before your last day of work, you will receive an offboarding survey and have a personal offboarding interview with your manager. The offboarding survey is designed to gather feedback about your overall experience with the company, including your reasons for leaving, your satisfaction with your role and the organization, any suggestions for improvement, and your thoughts on the company culture and work environment.
Your responses will be anonymous and used to identify areas for improvement and enhance employee engagement. The information provided will help us further improve our workplace as we strive to become the first truly global, people-centric food and beverage company.
