Accidents can happen, and when they do it is important that we report these correctly and every time. Your cooperation ensures a safer working environment for you, your colleagues, and our guests in our stores and offices.
Reports must be made in the following situations:
All reporting of injuries for both Juicers and guests are done via forms accessed in Trail, by clicking the ‘add task’ button and selecting either:
The report requires photos of the incident, so do not clean up the area where the accident occurred until photos are taken. Photos are to be taken using the iPad which is used for Trail.
If the incident involves a guest, make sure you get the necessary contact information from them before they leave the store. Tell the guest that someone will be in contact with them to follow up on the accident/incident.
