The Gross Salary Scheme (Bruttolønsordning) is part of the employee benefits program at JOE & THE JUICE (J&TJ) Headquarters inCopenhagen, Denmark. This scheme enables employees to purchase select products pre-tax through payroll deductions.

The Gross Salary Scheme is facilitated by FlexBuy, with all purchases made through their website. You will receive your personal login details via email for the employee portal. The portal is open twice a year, with a 14-day window to make your selections and complete purchases. In the portal, you can view the selected products, view active devices, request services, and get loaner device during servicing.

At the end of the 12-month period, you can either purchase the equipment at a specified price or return it. The scheme has an annual spending cap of 10,000 DKK for part-time employees and 20,000 DKK for full-time employees. iPhones may be partially or fully covered by the company, depending on your employee group.
