The primary objective of our Employee Review System (ERS) is to foster a culture of feedback that supports both personal and professional growth. By evaluating employee performance regularly, the ERS aims to secure continuous development through a transparent and structured review process. We uses a platform called Leapsome.
Leapsome involves two key assessments each year, ensuring thorough and consistent engagement:
This review focuses on significant advancements and is the basis for decisions regarding compensation changes. The evaluation combines outcomes from the Leapsome 360 Assessment with the achievement of predefined goals and overall job performance expectations.
Eligibility for participation in the comprehensive annual 360 Assessment begins three months after an employee joins HQ.
This session is dedicated to reassessing and updating an employee’s goals, aligning them with both business objectives and personal development aspirations.
