As a benefit of working in JOE & THE JUICE we offer an allowance of products during your shifts, during your break and even on days off depending on your Moneyball position. The general rule of thumb is, that on each shift you are allowed to consume three items and drink unlimited coffee. For each product consumed you are allowed to add 1 extra topping or 1 extra ingredient.

For audit and compliance purposes you will be subject to a deduction for the food consumed at a favorable cost per shift worked. Should you wish to exceed your allowance during a shift, the employee prices will apply at a discounted rate of approximately 50% of the sales price. 

The on-shift allowance must be used and consumed during the relevant shift and are not allowed to be carried over to other days or shifts. The allowance is personal and is not allowed to be shared with any other individual.
