We outline below the communication channels for both social interactions and formal communications with your manager, colleagues, and various stakeholders. This ensures that communication remains centralized and consistent across all platforms.

Email

At Joe & the Juice, email is the preferred communication method for  work-related communications with both internal and external stakeholders. We monitor and store email and internet history for operational and security reasons. Under circumstances such as extended absences, system issues, or suspected misuse, we may review an employee’s email and internet use. While we respect privacy and will not open emails marked as "private" or stored in a designated 'Private' folder, exceptions are made for emails suspected of containing viruses. Employees will be notified prior to any review when possible, and always informed afterwards.

Teams

For internal communication, we use the platform Teams, which is linked to your email and integrated with your Outlook calendar for scheduling meetings.
