Our primary focus has always been on our people and operations by supporting, helping, and optimizing the processes in our stores. That's why we host bi-annual Behind the Counter (BTC) days for all HQ employees. BTC day is a half-day event where you work as a Juicer in a bar alongside colleagues from your team.

This initiative is designed to provide everyone at HQ with a deep operational and cultural understanding of our core business, whether you're new to JOE or have extensive BTC experience. The BTC days strengthen the bond between HQ and Operations by encouraging mutual understanding and respect, and by creating social ties throughout the organization. This connection is ideal for making informed and innovative decisions at HQ, ultimately benefiting and supporting our juicers.

Since we can't deliver high-quality products without knowing how to handle food properly. Please read our hygiene procedures before your BTC day. You can find them here.
