We really strive to create a workplace where you and your colleagues like to socialise, but it is not permitted to stay on company property after the end of operation hours, therefore we encourage you to arrange social gatherings in other places.  

If you are required to stay longer at work, you must inform your Manager and get permission to do so, as well as ensure that your overtime is recorded.

On special occasions, permission may be granted to stay in the bar outside operation hours. However, this must be approved by your Area Manager or someone from the Market Management team and also requires your Manager to be present at the event. You can read more about this in our Code Of Conduct.
