How to use
Before You Start:
- Always check that the blade block and carriage are clean before slicing.
 
Setup:
- Place the slicer on the edge of a smooth table – ensure the 4 suction cups grip firmly.
 - Slide the collection tray under the carriage to catch juice and seeds.
 
Slicing Tomatoes:
- Lift the hinged frame (handle) to the top.
 - Place a tomato in the dish cavity.
 - Lower the frame firmly until it hits the bottom stop.
 - Remove the evenly sliced tomato.
 
Tip: You can slice up to 20 tomatoes per minute when working efficiently

How to Clean
After Use:
- Remove the carriage:
- Lift the hinged frame and unscrew the carriage retaining screw (anticlockwise).
 - Slide the carriage forward and off the slicer.
 
 - Clean the grooves of the carriage using a brush.
 - Wash all parts (except blades) with a sponge soaked in food-safe detergent/disinfectant.
 
Important Hygiene Notes:
- Use approved food-safe cleaning products.
 - Do not use abrasive or chlorine-based cleaners – they damage the aluminum.
 - Do not clean in the dishwasher
 - Rinse thoroughly with running water and dry all parts carefully.
 - Always handle blades with care to avoid injury.
 
How to change the Blades
STEP-BY-STEP:
- Unscrew all four screws at each end of the frame (finish one end at a time)
 - Carefully remove the old blades by sliding them backward, then lifting them out
 - Place in the new blades by carefully lowering the blades and aligning them with the screw holes
 - Begin fastening one screw on one side
 - Tighten the screw diagonally opposite the first one
 - Tighten all the remaning screws
 - Ensure all screws are securely tightened

- Regularly inspect blades.
 - Ensure blades are properly tensioned if slices are uneven.
 - Use food-safe oil on hinge pins.
 - For blade block replacement or tensioning, use an 8mm Allen key.
