This is the training budget and structure for New Juicer Training in the UK. The aim is to ensure a consistent, high-quality onboarding experience that builds both confidence and capability from day one
The hours budgeted are fixed, meaning these hours must be used for the specified tags (e.g., In-Store Onboarding must always be tagged as 2 hours on Day 1).
Touch Bases (4 x 15 mins) are designed to be quick learning checkpoints and can follow any station validation and should be planned accordingly.
The remaining Juicer Training hours are flexible, giving you a set amount of hours to distribute across modules as needed.
In determining how to distribute the hours, the following factors should be considered:
Training hours can be split across multiple shifts, offering flexibility while maintaining structure.
In order for the trainee to be Juicer Qualified, all validations needs to be conducted and passed on-shift.
Recommendation: Start with the Food Station module. It’s simple, has fewer ingredients, and helps build momentum.
To become Juicer Qualified, all validations must be completed and passed during shifts.
