Set up process

STEP 1: Take the Puq Press  T Bar adjustment tool

STEP 2: Loosen locking nuts for cradle with T bar - DO NOT REMOVE

STEP 3: Lower cradle height by turning adjustment screw

STEP 4: Take warm portafilter and adjust cradle height to support portafilter but not being tight

STEP 5: Tighten locking nuts with T Bar - DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN

STEP 6: Ensure portafilter can move easily in and out without being too loose or tight

STEP 7: Have Puq press pressure set to number 15. Adjust as necessary with + or -
