  • Satisfied Guests

Bar Manager Creates agenda for the day + Team Position Overview

In order for the Shift Manager to succeed their Manager Shift, the Bar Manager needs to complete the above two tasks

Role assignement

Assign all roles (Captains & Makers) according to the Bar Managers Team Position Overview

In-store feedback

Acknowledging: Deliver acknowledging feedback in-store to the team and share with BM in Manager Handover

Constructive: Deliver constructive feedback about the team to the Bar Manager to act on in Manager Handover

Perform “Manager shift handover” to BM

2. Status on DCWF: Has DCWF been followed during the shift - Morning / Mid-Day / Evening

—> Status on Trail Completion?

3. Breaks & Clock-in’s: Have Juicers been on breaks? Did people clock-in on time?

4. Team Performance: How was the Team Performance in the busy periods — Optimal Team Position?
