App Module

Intro / The why

Through analyses we have experienced that our must loyal and frequent visiting guests, are our App users. It's therefore important for us to ensure a good App Journey, from the order is made, until the order is picked up in-store.

A safe App Journey is created through app knowledge and continuous use of the App Pick Up Wall (Lean Packaging Module). In this module the Trainer will teach the Prospect everything there is to know about the App, to suit the Prospect for any problems or questions our guests might experience with the App.

1. Study the module and go through all features of the app.

2. The Prospect Juicer will sit down with the Trainer and perform Teach the Teacher, by explaining each area and showing it on the app

Tiers & Rewards

GREY: A proxy of your commitment and ability to motivate our workforce to push the app! Our guests will receive a gift upon first purchase and commence their journey in our new Loyalty Program!

PURPLE: Guests who spend more than 1.078 DKK on a yearly basis. The guest will receive a free treat for their coffee and be subject to multiple achievements through-out the year as we will try to encourage them towards a Yellow Gold.

YELLOW GOLD: Guests who spend more than 6.469 DKK on a yearly basis. Will be rewarded with a reusable cup (bamboo) and a gift card for 10 items. They will also have fast track to skip the line.

PINK DIAMOND: Guests who spend more than 13.478 DKK on a yearly basis. They will be be given a family card, exclusive merch, and 5 coffees a month.

Qualification Period

The Qualification Period (1) is 12 months from sign-up date. In the 12 month qualification period, every purchase will earn you Tier Points. These Tier Points are used to determine what Tier Level status you have reached (Grey Cup, Purple Cup, Yellow Gold Cup, Pink Diamond Cup)

After 12 months from the signup date, the Qualification Period (1) ends and a new Qualification Period (2) will start. In the new Qualification Period (2), the Tier Points are reset to “zero” again but the Tier Level status you have reached is kept for the new Qualification period (2). When Qualification Period (2) ends, Qualification Period (3) starts.

Every Qualification Period where you have not reach your current Tier Level status you will be demoted one Tier Level down.

Teach the Teacher:

To recap the module, the Prospect Juicer will explain and show the Trainer the following functions and features of the app:

- Scan & Pay: Take the Trainer through the sequence of Scan & Pay and show where to find the QR-code.
- Pre-Order: Show how to make a Pre-Order. Explain how to customize products and explain the function of favorites and re-orders.
- Buying and adding Loyalty Cards: Show how you can purchase Loyalty Cards as well as scanning a physical Loyalty Card
- Order History: Show where you find the Order History
- Inbox: Explain the Trainer how you can complain to customer care through the app
- Achievements: Show how to view the achievements and go through the 4 tier levels and explain what the different levels offer to guests.
- Explain what happens when the app user has been active for one year and the first qualification period ends.
- Explain why it is important that we use the App Pick Up Wall for all pre-orders.
- Explain the Trainer why the app is a key tool for us to use. Explain both why it is smart for the guests and why it is smart for us as a business and how it can benefit our culture.

Choose your bar type

If your bar has separate Send-Out and Till Area, choose Icon Bar (New). If they are together choose Icon Bar (Legacy).

Ambience

Ambience is what a Juicer or team of Juicers can create when they combine well and/or use their personalities to their strengths behind the bar which creates the ultimate guest and team experience that we are known for. Ambience is characterised by the atmosphere created inside the store, the energy and performance of the team on shift and the overall good vibes that our guests can feel which is what attracts them into the store.

POS

Point Of Sale – Is our customized “Point of Sale” system where we can handle payments from guests, employee meals and JOE Card redeeming. It is a system made to simplify the task of handling the different “point of sale” for us, while collecting the information for our database on our Workplanner.

The List

A Digital List which connects to the POS System and displays the orders in an organized manner. The List shows all orders that need to be made, while also displaying details about the order such as:
– The order is To-Go
– The Sandwich is without Tomato
– The order is for a Guest named “Christian”
– And much more…
