PHP

‘Peak Hour Performance’ is a KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for measuring how well a store can turnover the flow of guests into transactions within each hour. The PHP is calculated by the number of products typed into the POS system for 1 hour = ‘Productivity’.
We use PHP to measure how efficient a team of Juicers can handle a rush at its peak.
The productivity of each hour is analysed and then used to create more effective shiftplans for the store.
For Juicers & Bar Managers, the PHP is used as a way of competing to find out which store is the best performing. It has long been recognised as a way for deciding which store has the strongest and most efficient team.
