Introduction to Cypher Coffee

Our coffee is supplier to us by Cypher Coffee- founded in 2016 Cypher urban roastery sources, supplies and roasts specialty premium coffee. The company is deeply committed to the promotion of fairtrade practices with an emphasis on quality, transparency and social responsibility.

Cypher coffee’s goal is to:

• Equip farmers with the tools required to continue producing and harvesting specialty grade cherries
• Ensure better working conditions and fair wages are paid to farmers and partners across the value chain

We use two different coffee’s

JOE’S ESPRESSO BLEND -  Brazil, Uganda, Guatemala

• Tasting notes- Dried fruits, cherry, chocolate, creamy body

SINGLE ORGIN- Guatemala

• Tasting notes- Dark chocolate, roasted hazelnut, round body, smooth, cacao nibs finish
