When serving the customer at POS you should ask if they will have their coffee in ort-away this is where you would select “to stay” button and the coffee is served in a porcelain cup
You can also give the customer an option of To-Go cup or porcelain (To-Stay)
1. Choose “TO STAY” when a guest desires to get a coffee in a porcelain cup
2. Porcelain icon will be shown and team knows the coffee has to be made in a porcelain cup
Porcelain cups are to be stored on top of coffee machine in rows upside down like t-awaycups
Saucers to be stored on the bench next to coffee machine as they don’t need to be warmed
