What Does This Mean for You?

📉 All scores will be reset due to the launch of the new journey.

BUT - no stress! We’ve got your back:

🙌 If you’ve already completed most of the old modules, we’ll automatically certify you in the new training.

🎮 If you’re new—or haven’t played much—now’s your time to shine! Dive into the new experience and enjoy every moment of it.

And hey, even if you’re pre-certified, you’re still more than welcome to explore the fresh content, watch the new videos, and level up again!

How to Access the New Training?

No new apps. No complicated steps. Just a simple update: 📲 The Attensi Skills app becomes Attensi Engage starting June 11th!

You may be logged out, but logging back in is easy:

1. Open the Attensi Skills app
2. Insert company code: Joe
3. Log in with your phone number
4. You’re back in—and ready to play! 🕹️

The new way of training

Training is now:

• Truly Bite-sized and easy to follow in 8x stages
• Fully hosted in one place — no more switching between platforms
• Structured to focus on one station at a time

The New Juicer Training Flow:

1. Begin with the two first stages:
   ➡ “Welcome to Joe”
   ➡ “Before Your First Shift”
2. Move into the station they’re training on:
   Food, Juice, Coffee or Till
3. Stop at the dotted line:
   ➡ “STOP HERE – continue at your validation”
   ➡ This marks the end of theory — Juicer begins in-store on-top training with you.
4. Practice shifts
5. Complete the theoretical exam in Attensi Engage (after the dotted line)
6. Trainer conducts practical validation
7. Juicer is ready for their next station

Example: Food Station

1. Complete onboarding stages:
   ➡ "Welcome to Joe!"
   ➡ "Before your first shift"
2. Complete:
   ➡ “Introduction to Food Station”
   ➡ “Food Station”
3. Stop and begin in-store training
4. After practice shifts, complete:
   ➡ “Food Station Checklist”
   ➡ “Food Station Validation” (theoretical)
5. Finish with the practical validation

Brand Behaviour from Day One

Juicers now:

• Learn the theory of Brand Behaviour for each module in Engage
• Get practical tools and tips for how to apply it at each station to strengthen the guest experience.
• This makes a great guest experience second nature — no matter the station.
