How to Get Ready?

The station setup below serves as a guideline for handling different ingredients. It is the manager's responsibility to create the optimal setup.
The Bar Manager of each store is responsible of training each of their team members in the new The Steak Sandwich. This includes:
All Employees must certify (4 stars) in the following Attensi modules:
Before any practical training can be carried out, following structures need to be set by the Manager:
Ensure to follow the below guidelines for handling the newly introduced ingredients.
Some ingredient shelf-life might vary from market to market.
When making the Steak Sandwich we follow IMS.
THE SEQUENCE FOR MAKING the Steak Sandwich IS AS FOLLOWS:
1. Honey-Mustard Dressing
2. Salt & Pepper
3. Steak
4. Tomato
5. Pickles
6. Grana Padano / Parmesan
7. Arugula
1. Grill the Bread: Place the bread diagonally in the grill to make Signature Roast. After approximately 1 minute, flip the bread. Make sure the bread is Crispy and Thin
2. Cut the Bread: Take out the Signature Roasted bread and cut it in half, so you'll end up with two separate halves.
3. Snake Dressing & Add Salt/Pepper: Snake the dressing with approximately 12 swings to ensure the entire bread is covered. Then grind salt/pepper on the top side of the bread.
4. Steak: Place the Steak on the top half in one layer covering the bread
5. Tomato & Pickles: Place the Tomato and Pickles on top of the Steak following IMS. Place them diagonally.
6. Grana Padano/Parmesan & Arugula: Place the Grana Padano/Parmesan and Arugula on the bottom half in one even layer of the bread following IMS.
7. Wrap the Sandwich: Bring the top half on bottom of the sandwich, then place the sandwich on the wrapping paper. Follow the Wrapping procedure below.
Make sure to wrap the sandwich tight. Then take a napkin and wrap it around the sandwich and use the designated Steak Sandwich Box
8. Send-out: When the Sandwich has been made, tap it out on the list. Call out the guest's name and hand over the sandwich with a smile.
9. Clean on the Go: After the sandwich has been sent out, perform Clean on the Go by scraping the cutting board and wiping the countertop clean with a paper towel.
